Daye Dynamics is the dream of my grandfather the inventor, YiLin. Now eighty years old, he loves two things more than anything — his family and mechanical engineering, in that order. YiLin worked his entire life, often from five-thirty in the morning to eleven at night, to create brilliant mechanical inventions and provide a good life for his family. I couldn’t be prouder to keep YiLin’s dreams coming true as we bring my grandfather’s most spectacular ideas to the world — and provide for our company family in the meantime.

our leadership team
Our Boston-based leadership team met as researchers at Harvard and MIT. They realized they had something else in common — deep expertise in interdisciplinary methods and passion for ethical business.

Bingham is currently a PhD student at the Weill Cornell-Rockefeller-Memorial Sloan Kettering Tri-Institutional Computational Biology and Medicine program specialized in machine learning and AI development. She has previously conducted computational research at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, and served as Lead Software Developer at the Transdisciplinary Research in Applied Data Science Center of Washington University of St. Louis. Carrying extensive experience leading cross discipline projects in various fields, she is excited to continue pushing forward innovative solutions to address real world problems.

Fiona is a data-driven strategist with a unique blend of scientific and financial analysis expertise. Her prior roles include analyst positions at Y Combinator as a venture analyst and the Broad Institute as a computational scientist have sharpened her disciplined and forward-thinking approach to drive financial decisions that support innovation while maintaining operational excellence.

Bee is an expert in the practical side of research and entrepreneurship. In his career he has worked as a Data Engineering specialist and as Customer Experience Lead for the apparel startup PWR Supply, where he was proud to 2X client satisfaction. He most recently spent 3 years employed as a bioengineering researcher at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
